What does sponsorship make possible?
Sponsorship helps us put on free events with guest speakers, mental health professionals, artists, community members and more! It supports big events like Pride Fest and Snowball as well as smaller events like LGBTQIA+ Art Nights and Ally Community Education Programs!
How much money do I have to donate?
Any donation more than $10 or in-kind donation on behalf of a business will allow you to become a business sponsor presented on our website and “Map of Methow Pride” flyer.
What are the perks of being an ally?
Your business must be committed to being a safe place for LGBTQIA+ individuals. This includes (1) listening to queer people and their experiences, (2) supporting staff in understanding gender identity and not assuming patrons identities, (3) alignment with Methow Pride’s value to ‘Lead with Love', (4) understanding that you do not have all the answers and reaching out to Methow Pride for guidance and support when questions arise.
As an ally, you demonstrate to LGBTQIA+ community members that they are seen and supported. You are prioritized as a vendor for Methow Pride sponsored and co-sponsored events. Larger donations include additional business spotlights for prominent events.
What does it mean to be an ally?
