2024 Methow Pride Month Events

  • Let’s get Pride Month started together with our annual Flag Raising at Twispworks in Twisp, WA. This is an all-ages event where we put up our Pride flags and celebrate together with a beverage at the OSB Taproom!

  • DJ Grant and Methow Pride invite you to the Big Dipper for a dance party at the Big Dipper.

    This is a 21+ event and a great place to meet local friends and buy a fabulous Pride hat!

  • Come and entertain us with Pride-themed Karaoke (all ages) at the Big Dipper! Come sing your favorite songs!

  • OUT HERE is a multifaceted collaborative art  exhibition spotlighting LGBTQIA+ youth 24 and younger living in Okanogan County. The OUT HERE exhibit amplifies LGBTQIA++ community experiences and expression through words, stories, artwork, a celebration of rainbow Pride as well as interactive installations.

  • Join DJ Paulala for an amazing night of dancing at Meza in Winthrop, WA. This all-ages event will bring together community and fun.  

  • Come meet and support local queer business owners from the Methow Valley.  

  • Come watch a Pride-themed mystery movie at the Barnyard Cinema in Winthrop, WA with us!

  • Come test your knowledge about Pride and queer trivia at the Taphouse with Ryan!

  • Come listen, learn and create poetry with one of our brilliant local poets, Subhaga Crystal-Bacon! $20 per person. No one turned it away for lack of funds. Register at Confluence in Twisp 509-997-2787

  • BYO-Picnic. Family friendly picnic by the river. Come decompress, story tell, naturalize and connect.

  • In preparation for Pride, we are getting together and making beautiful signs and roller skating around TwispWorks. Come join in!

  • Join Laura Gunnip from Fireweed Print Shop for this interactive participatory workshop! All LGBTQIA+ young people and their ally’s welcome. Create new aartwork to add to the Rainbow Portal in Confluence Gallery’s OUT HERE exhibition. $20 per person. No one turned it away for lack of funds. Register at Confluence in Twisp 509-997-2787

  • Sign your team up to participate in the first ever Pride Weekend Golf Scramble! All skill sets welcome and encouraged!

  • 10am Meet at Twisp Park for the Pride Parade!

    11am March from Twisp Park to TwispWorks. Everyone welcome! 

    11:30am PrideFest with games, spoken word, music, safe spaces, food, roller skating and more at TwispWorks!
